Gift Baskets by Design may occasionally e-mail our customers about products, services, promotions, sales and discounts that we feel may be of interest to you. Your e-mail addresses are kept in an internal list and will not be revealed to other parties. If you do not want to receive such mailings, simply reply “Remove” and we will act accordingly.

Non-payment of Order. Gifts will not be created, packed or shipped without complete payment. If you need to arrange for other payment please contact a customer service representative at 419-722-2610.
Delivery. We deliver nationwide. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii requires you to select Expedited shipping as no ground service is available to either of those states.
Standard orders are filled within 2 business days. Expedited orders are filled the same day if received by 12:00 p.m. EST. During high volume periods (between Thanksgiving and Christmas), standard orders are usually filled within 2-3 days, with Expedited orders shipping the next business day.
Incorrect Delivery Addresses. Orders sent to a wrong or incorrect address are not guaranteed. Additional fees may apply to fix and forward the package to the correct address.
Hospitals & Hotels. We guarantee delivery to the hospital and/or hotel’s receiving area. It is up to the receiving area to deliver this gift to the specific individual within their facility.
Substitution Policy. Occasionally substitutions may be necessary to ensure timely delivery of your gift choice. We will make every effort to substitute with an item as similar as possible to your requested gift choice. Substitutions will be made only with items of equal or greater value.
Sales Tax. In accordance with applicable state law, a sales tax of 6.0% is added to all Ohio purchases.
Refunds. All sales are final. If you do encounter a problem, please contact a customer service representative at 419-722-2610 as soon as possible so your issue can be resolved.
Perishables. Food items and perishables cannot be returned.
Damaged Items. We guarantee that a gift basket damaged during delivery or any defective gift item will be replaced within 10 days of receipt of package. If a gift arrived damaged, you must hold onto the package and all of its contents and contact one of our customer service representatives immediately. Our customer service representative will notify the carrier and follow their procedures to claim damage insurance automatically applied to every shipment on certain carriers like UPS and FedEx. If you elected a carrier that does not offer any damage compensation (including lost package), you will not be eligible for any claims.
Terms & Conditions. Gift Baskets by Design invests a lot of resources to provide current and accurate information for all customers. We make every attempt to update our site with changes in pricing or availability. You will always have the choice to cancel the order if the availability or pricing has changed and you no longer with to receive the order. |
